Perez leads Mahoning Valley over West Virginia 3-1
GRANVILLE, W.Va. (AP) -- Elvis Perez doubled and singled twice as the Mahoning Valley Scrappers defeated the West Virginia Black Bears 3-1 on Tuesday.
