Machonis, Martinez lift Connecticut over Tri-City 9-0
NORWICH, Conn. (AP) -- Sam Machonis doubled and singled, driving in three runs as the Connecticut Tigers beat the Tri-City ValleyCats 9-0 on Tuesday.
