Gunmen Kill 12 Niger Troops
Gunmen mounted on pickup trucks and motorcycles killed twelve paramilitary police from Niger on Saturday, a fresh attack in the restive southwest borderlands with Mali where four U.S. Green Berets were killed earlier this month.
