Pop Stars Release Song to Raise Funds for London Fire Victims

Some of the biggest names in British music, including Stormzy, Robbie Williams and The Who, released a charity single on Wednesday to raise funds for people affected by the fire at a tower block in west London. The song, a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” also features performances from Leona Lewis, James Blunt and a large choir made up of local people, some of whom survived the blaze. Uber adds a new board member to replace the one who resigned after making a sexist comment at a company meeting

Uber may have just lost its CEO, but it now has a new board member. 

The ride-hailing company, reeling after CEO Travis Kalanick's resignation Tuesday late night PT, is adding TPG investor David Trujillo to its board, according to people familiar with the matter. Trujilo will fill the gap left when TPG's previous representative on the board, David Bonderman, resigned after making a sexist comment.

Actor Kurt Russell said that he was the pilot who reported a famous incident of observed unidentified flying objects that made headlines in 1997. In an interview that resurfaced this week, even though it was recorded with BBC several months ago, Russell revealed he and his son called in the March 13, 1997 sighting of UFOs over Phoenix, Arizona.
