Oil falls after a report sees OPEC still flooding the market

LONDON (Reuters) - Oil prices fell on Friday after a consultancy report forecast a rise in OPEC production for July despite the group's pledge to curb output, reigniting concerns the market will stay awash with crude.

Petro-Logistics, which tracks OPEC supply forecasts, said OPEC crude production would rise by 145,000 barrels per day (bpd) this month, taking the group's combined output above 33 million bpd.

Sheriff’s officer convicted of disciplinary charges in crash

CROWN POINT, Ind. — A suspended Indiana sheriff’s officer charged in a hit-and-run crash after last year’s Gary Air Show has been found guilty of disciplinary charges as his criminal case continues. The Post-Tribune reports (http://trib.in/2ug4cCh ) the Lake County Sheriff’s Police Merit Board found 38-year-old Lt. Guy Mikulich guilty Thursday of eight disciplinary charges.
