Zika Virus Continues to Expand in Brazil
The mosquito-borne Zika virus, which health officials have linked to thousands of cases of infant brain damage, continues to expand across Brazil. Figures from the country’s health ministry show that in the week ending Jan. 16 there were 363 new suspected cases.
