Snowplow Driver Involved in Crash of Total CEO Plane to Face Final Charges
The Russian Investigative Committee will present final charges against a snowplow driver involved in the plane crash that killed former CEO of the French Total oil and gas company Christophe de Margerie, defense attorney Alexander Karabanov told RIA Novosti.
