Judge Throws Out Defamation Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby
A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a defamation lawsuit that had been filed against Bill Cosby by one of the women accusing the comedian of sexual assault, TheWrap reports.
According to TMZ, in dismissing the lawsuit, the judge determined that statements made by the Cosbys and Singer, including referring to the accusations against Bill Cosby as "ridiculous" and "innuendos" were generalizations about all of his accusers, and not specific to Hill.
