Police: 3 on Delaware sidewalk hit by car, 6-year-old dies
DOVER, Del. — Police say a man under the influence of alcohol hit three people standing on a sidewalk in Dover, killing a 6-year-old girl. Dover Police said in a statement Thursday that as 26-year-old David Randall pulled his Ford Focus into a space at a condominium complex Wednesday evening, the car sped forward onto
