President Trump's Day 1 Executive Order Can Severely Damage Obamacare
ACA supporters are dismissing President Trump's Day 1 Executive Order authorizing reduced enforcement of the ACA as a nothingburger. That is extremely wishful thinking. In fact, thanks to President Obama's disregard of separation of powers, President Trump's order can devastate the ACA.
