Army veteran sentenced in fatal overdose, stabbing cases
A former Army infantryman on Friday told two Westmoreland County judges that a drug addiction he developed after he was refused treatment at veterans hospitals led him to a role in selling heroin that caused a friend's death and to nearly kill a man in a bar fight.
