Four leading horse trainers at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse have received threat letters purportedly sent by “All India Lashkar Thoiba Liberation Federation”, an unknown outfit, on Thursday. The Tardeo police has been briefed of the development. No FIR has been registered yet.
