Retired official to oversee highway projects

Kolkata: As the state Public Works Department (PWD) is taking up more a number of highway improvement projects across the state, the PWD authorities have decided to engage a retired state or central government official having with more than 10 years of experience in quality assurance to oversee the road projects.
