Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (Gmada) has sent a notice to the real-estate firm of the controversial Pearls Group, whose owner Nirmal Singh Bhangoo was arrested in January in a ponzi scam, to provide facilities at its housing project, Pearls City, coming up in Sector 96 here.
