While finance minister Captain Abhimanyu sounded bullish on growth of Haryana's economy during his budget speech on Monday, state's projected debt for the 2016-17 financial year will be Rs 1,40,831 crore, which has even surpassed neighbouring Punjab's debt burden in the forthcoming fiscal.
