Does Chhattar Manzil have foundation like Taj?

City monument Chhatar Manzil seems to have something in common with the Taj Mahal. During the ongoing restoration work at the 18th Century building of Awadh, horizontal and vertical wooden beams were found in the lower basement, indicating use of the wooden piles technique that went into the making of the monument in Agra.
