Health minister UT Khader has ordered an inquiry in the alleged denial of treatment to a man by two hospitals. He was injured in a hit-and-run accident on Saturday.Kishore Kumar, 22, was in Hoskote, east Bengaluru, when an unidentified vehicle hit his bike at 11.30pm.
