Glimpses of kesari piques audiences' curiosity
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s period drama Kesari is all set to hit the silver screen on March 21. However, before its release, the filmmakers and the star cast have decided to kindle the curiosity of theatregoers by releasing a few quick looks of the movie. Notably, the audience will get to see the trailer of the film on February 21.

The initial glimpse of the Kesari is titled as “Unbelievable True Story”. It unrolls with the thumping drumming sound as the army of soldiers runs around with swords. As the drumming sound increases, a mans’ hand holding a sword is seen. Also, one can notice thousand of fighters flocking together in a fort.

Presenting the passion of his character of Havildar Ishar Singh, Akshay shared a poster of the movie on Twitter. The actor could be seen holding a sword in his hands with rage and agony in his eyes. Also, the saffron turban truly represents the pride of a Sikh soldier.

Produced by Cape of Good Hope Films and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Kesari is a historical drama, which showcases the Battle of Saragarhi where 21 Sikhs fought against 10,000 Afghans in the year 1897. The film is helmed by well-known Punjabi director Anurag Singh and stars Parineeti Chopra in the lead role.
Now, it will be exciting to see that if the film is able to leave an ineffaceable impression amongst the audience.
