Person on tracks halts Red Line trains on North Side

Red Line trains are stopped Friday morning on the North Side because of a person on the tracks. A person on the tracks at the Wilson station at 4620 N. Broadway halted trains about 8:43 a.m., according to a CTA alert. Additional information was not immediately available.
