Illinois record whitefish: Signed, sealed and delivered

Ricardo Cruz’s lake whitefish is officially the Illinois record. Dan Stephenson, fisheries chief for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, signed off on the paperwork Wednesday afternoon.
