Owen Smith: Labour faces 'decimation'

Labour leadership hopeful Owen Smith tells BBC political editor Laura Kuenssberg the party would be "decimated" if a general election took place tomorrow, claiming it could be left with as little as 140 MPs if it continues along its current path.
