Portugal's Felix joins Milan on loan from Chelsea

In a statement Milan said that Portugal forward Felix, who only scored one league goal for Chelsea since signing from Atletico Madrid in the summer, "has signed a contract with the club lasting until 30 June 2025". Israel says gunman kills two soldiers at West Bank checkpoint

The shooting took place in the morning at a military post in Tayasir in the northern part of the West Bank, the military said in a statement. "A terrorist fired at the soldiers at a military post in Tayasir," it said, adding the troops killed the gunman during a shootout. Two other soldiers were "severely injured" in the attack, while six were slightly wounded. Civilians caught in crossfire of Israeli military operation in West Bank's Jenin

On January 21, less than 48 hours after a ceasefire came into effect in Gaza, the Israeli military launched an operation dubbed "Iron Wall" in Jenin, in the north of the occupied West Bank. Nepal hikes Everest climbing fee by a third
