Ghana's New Patriotic Party unveils elections promises

Ghana’s ruling New Patriotic Party has started courting voters in earnest ahead of December's high stakes elections. Its fielding Vice President Mahamudu Bazamia as its candidate to take on top challenger, ex-president John Mahama.
