Buffalo appoints new nonexec director

South African coal miner Buffalo Coal has appointed Rory Taylor independent nonexecutive director and chairperson of the audit committee with effect from January 22. Taylor, a Canadian resident, is a chartered accountant (South Africa) and seasoned finance executive with a record of capable financial leadership in mining companies.
