Buffalo completes going private transaction

TSX-V- and AltX-listed Buffalo Coal has completed the going private transaction approved by the company’s shareholders at a special meeting held on April 17. The common shares of the company will be delisted from trading on the TSX-V on April 21, and on the AltX on April 28.
