Brother of murdered prosecutor suggested one more person was involved in the crime

The Murdered prosecutor, Vakhtang Kiria`s brother suggested that one more person was involved in his brother"s killing . Eldar Kiria doubt was caused by the fact that his brother`s mobile phonewas found in Rustavi.

According to the Interior Ministry version, the telephone was left in Rustavi in order to hide the traces, but the family said that the phone was brought by a stranger.

Vakhtang Kiria"s son told the Courier that he kept calling his father" all day long but the phone was disconnected and finall a stranger answered his call.

Comments on this topic were made yesterday by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs as well. Archil Talakvadze says that the phone was turned on when left in Rustavi. Deputy Interior Minister, made no comment on this issue today and said that the details are unknown to him.

Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Prosecutor, Mr. Kiria, was found dead on January 16.
