The National Movement deems important the International Court of Justice`s decision . The statement was made by the party leader Giga Bokeria.

"It is very significant that the investigation covers the period of July 1 to October 10, 2008 which means that is not only war crimes conducted during the active phaze of war but also the period when they were preparing a war of aggression - you might remember the attacks, bombings of villages, murder of our peacekeepers and has the post war active military actions until 10 October - all the kidnappings and murders, and other crimes.. So this is a very good decision, "- said Bokeria.
