Master Sgt. William “Bill” Burrows, Afghan Vet killed in head on crash in Colorado

Fort Carson confirmed that Master Sgt. Bill Burrows, 42, was killed this weekend when a motorcycle traveling the wrong way hit head on a Hummer in the lane. The other motorcycle rider was also killed.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Master Sgt. William “Bill” Burrows this weekend,” Col. Brian R. Rauen, commander, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) told KKTV news. “Bill was a 14-year veteran of our formation, and the loss of his knowledge and experience will be deeply felt. While we mourn, we will support their family and honor his service throughout this difficult time.”
