Knife Wielding Jihadist Beheads Teacher in France

A man armed with a knife on Friday beheaded a middle school history teacher in front of his school in a suburb of Paris before he was shot dead by police. France24 reported.

The teacher’s crime in the Jihadist’s eyes: discussing caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed in class, according to police sources. President Macron classified the beheading as a terrorist crime.

“A man has been “assassinated in an Islamist terror attack in the Paris suburbs ” because he was a teacher…….One of our compatriots was murdered today because he taught… the freedom to believe or not believe.” President Macron said to Parisians

The suspected killer, who was armed with a knife and a plastic pellet gun, was later shot dead by officers in a nearby town of Éragny, police said according to Euronews
