Homeowners Angry After Bullets Fly Into Yard from Target Range

Neighbors who live near a clay pit in Wedgewood that is being used for target practice say bullets are flying through their properties.

The clay pit is on a property owned by Eager Beaver LLC, which tried to get the property turned into a recycling facility in 2016.

The homeowners say the shooting at the pit has been going on for months, and the couple has been forced to hide inside their home as bullets fly through nearby trees. The couple reported the incident to Escambia County Sheriff's Office, but deputies told them there was nothing they could do about the shooting unless they received more evidence.
