Authorities make arrest in 2001 killing of Georgia law student who was found dead in a burning home

Authorities have arrested a man who they believe killed a University of Georgia law student more than two decades ago. Twenty-three-year-old Tara Louise Baker was found dead in 2001 by firefighters who responded to a fire at her Athens apartment. Investigators on Thursday announced that 48-year-old Edrick Lamont Faust has been charged with murder in the slaying of the first-year law student.
