The Journal Gazette reports that 28-year-old Quentin A. Lewis of Fort Wayne pleaded guilty to the charge Wednesday, one day before he was scheduled to appear for a pretrial conference. Draft funding norms out for offshore wind energy

The government has issued draft norms for viability gap funding of 1,000 MW offshore wind energy projects in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu with an outlay of ₹6,853 crore. Projects will be awarded through international competitive bidding by the ministry of new and renewable energy via the Solar Energy Corporation of India.
