Mamata Machinery's Rs 179 crore IPO, entirely an offer for sale, opened for subscription on December 19 and closes on December 23. Priced at Rs 230-243 per share, the IPO enjoys a strong grey market premium of Rs 150. Analysts recommend subscribing, citing fair pricing and the company's niche in packaging machinery.
