But 103 furious viewers complained to regulator Ofcom about how Denise spoke out about the Royal Family.

Dickie joined the panel to discuss Kate Middleton and King Charles‘ recent cancer diagnosis.

But Denise, who has previously defended Harry and Meghan on the daytime show, clashed with the guest as she showed her support for the couple.

Denise pointed out the extensive scrutiny the pair have faced and said: “If I may say, do you not think there is a reason why Harry did such a thing?”

She continued: “Then he has a wife who is completely and continually trashed by the media, including your good self.

“I am just sick to death of the bashing that this woman gets.

“We continually berate this woman every day.”

Denise explained that the Sussexes left the Royal family because they wanted to escape “a country that hated them”.

But Dickie said the couple were criticised for turning their back on the Royal family.

After clashing, Denise firmly told him to not “disrespect her”.

She hit out: “Don’t have a guest on…I can say what I like!”

Some viewers were left unhappy by the chaotic interview and took to social media.

One fan said on X: “Good old Denise, surprised she can stay sober enough to be able to partake in a debate.”

But the former Waterloo Road star snapped back: “12 yrs Dougie!! Keep up.”

This is not the first time Denise has caused a stir on the ITV show.

Naughty word

Last year she was forced to apologise as she swore during a heated debate about Prince Harry.

The Loose Women panel kicked off the show by discussing the Royal’s latest revelations and Denise became visibly upset as she talked about the stories deflecting from the government’s failures.

As she raged, she let slip a slightly rude word – leaving her co-star Frankie Bridge gobsmacked.

Denise told the women: “I have always had a lot of support for the two of them and I think the way they have been treated… Harry is talking as the 11-year-old boy who lost his mum.

“I don’t think he has ever forgiven the institution, how they treated her, I don’t think he ever totally believed what happened in the Paris tunnel.

“He has been told to push it all down and we know as people who suffer from clinical depression that if you push everything down, it will come out in some way and I feel he wants to right some wrongs.”

Getting increasingly passionate, she continued: “But I also think the government are doing what they are doing and getting away with bloody murder, excuse me swearing, while we are talking about Harry and Meghan every day.

“When we should be talking about things like the PPE, all the mistakes that happened during Covid, which we are having to pay for with our tax money.”

Those watching at home praised Denise for speaking out to support the pair, while others noted how wound up she got.
