NEW YORK (PIX11) -- When applying for an apartment within the New York City affordable housing lottery, applicants must meet requirements, including an income requirement, according to NYC Housing Connect.

Here are some lotteries with the lowest income requirements:

Arthur Avenue Senior Apartments

Located at 600 East 179th St. in the Bronx, this building is for seniors whose eligible income is $0 to $69,900. You must be 62 or older to qualify for this apartment, which has studio and one-bedroom options. This lottery expires on May 17, and you can find more information about this building here.

Andrews Avenue South Senior Residence

This senior living building is at 1746 Andrews Ave. in the Bronx, close to Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo, according to the listing. It has an income eligibility of $0 to $74,580, and studios and one-bedrooms are available. Five percent of the units are set aside for those with mobility issues and 2% for those with vision and/or hearing impairments. This lottery expires on July 9; for more information, click here.

Rockaway Village Phase 4 Apartments

Located in Far Rockaway, Queens, at 1605 and 1607 Village Ln., this building has the lowest eligibility requirements of all lotteries, not including senior living buildings. With income eligibility of $16,972 to $154,080, 5% of units are set aside for those with mobility issues, while 2% are set aside for vision or hearing impairments.
