I collect cookbooks. My library contains everything from a dog-eared, chocolate-smudged copy of a 1960s Betty Crocker’s New Boys and Girls Cookbook to some pretty fancy and very pristine celebrity chef-type cookbooks that I have barely opened. I love pretty cookbooks, but it’s easy to tell that I love the ones that I can cook from even more.
