Dela Rosa: Some druglords tap ISIS, BIFF to kill Duterte

By Antonio Colina IV DAVAO CITY – Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Ronald Dela Rosa said that some of the drug-lords in the Philippines have resorted to reaching members of the global terrorist group  Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters to kill President Rodrigo R.
