Corey Stoll, Kyle Chandler to Join Damien Chazelle’s ‘First Man’

Stoll is in talks to play Buzz Aldrin, while Chandler has been cast as Deke Slayton.

“First Man” is a first-person account of NASA’s mission to land a man on the moon while it will focus on the years 1961 to 1969 and when Neil Armstrong (played by Ryan Gosling) set foot on the moon.

Isaac Klausner will executive producer while DreamWorks Pictures will co-finance the film.
