Probation officer, county sued by woman claiming coerced sex

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Pennsylvania probation officer already convicted of coercing women he supervised into sex acts is now being sued by one of his victims, along with the county that fired him.

The woman claims Mullen forced her to perform a sex act several times over two years after she was placed on a special probation program for driving under the influence.
