Voter registration conducted prior to Norris school bond special election

In preparation for the Nov. 14 Norris school bond special election, the Lancaster County Election Commissioner’s Office will conduct voter registration from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the U-Stop, 18940 S. 68th St. in Hickman.
