Man convicted of killing girlfriend, dumping body in river

(AP) — A southern Indiana man has been convicted of strangling his girlfriend and dumping her body in the Ohio River last summer. A probable cause affidavit said Chaplin and Rogge were in a relationship, and that he may have been jealous she was spending time with another man.
