Draymond Green’s lawyers will represent him in Michigan court

LAS VEGAS — Warriors forward Draymond Green provided one-word answers to reporters’ questions Wednesday after a USA Basketball practice at UNLV’s Mendenhall Center.

Green seemed upset about something — whether it’s how he has been portrayed recently, his scheduled court hearing in Michigan over his July 10 arrest after an altercation with a formre Michigan State football player, or something else entirely, he wasn’t saying.

Green, who faces misdemeanor assault-and-battery charges over the East Lansing incident, will not be present at Thursday’s hearing, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
