Court: Ohio school district must provide contact information

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A court says a western Ohio school district must release student contact information requested by the School Choice organization as public records as long as parents consented to making the information available.

A public records request by School Choice in the 2013-2014 school year sought student and parent names, parent addresses and email addresses, parent telephone numbers and student grade levels.
