Carlos Altamirano moves forward with Paradita at Emeryville Public Market

It’s the final chapter of a project that’s been in the works, one way or another, for a few years now. We first heard about it in 2013, when it was just a little kiosk called Chicharon. Then it turned into Granja Eatery. And now it’s Paradita, a smaller sister restaurant to Altamirano’s Parada in Walnut Creek.
