Kaitlin Olson’s ‘The Mick’ Renewed by Fox for Season 2

To-date, the series has averaged a solid 2.0 Nielsen rating in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic, including a week’s worth of delayed viewing.

“From the earliest stages of development, all of us at Fox had enormous faith in ‘The Mick,’ and it hasn’t disappointed,” said David Madden, president, Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company.

The series follows the titular unapologetic degenerate who suddenly finds herself stuck raising her spoiled niece and nephews in affluent Greenwich, Conn.

Mickey is determined to rise to the occasion and transform these little monsters into honest, hard-working, decent members of society — something she knows absolutely nothing about.
