Billionaire Ricketts to open Bellevue high school

School official Raymond Ravaglia said NGL Academy is being developed by Opportunity Education, which has helped open schools in 11 countries and in California.

Tuition for the upcoming school year is $14,500, however students who are admitted can receive nearly full-tuition scholarships from the Ricketts Family Scholars program.

"The only way to break the cycle of poverty is to provide students with an education that will empower them to achieve their dreams," Ricketts said.
