According to the PM he had a conversation with Giorgi Papuashvili and asked him to deliver all available materials to the Prosecutor"s Office, but the Chairman of the Constitutional court has refused.

" I have had a phone conversation with Mr. Papuashvili right after his announcement and offered to inform the Prosecutor"s Office and deliver all materials. Unfortunately, up to now he has not appealed to the prosecutor"s office. I do not understand why it might be inappropriate to go to the prosecutor"s office in Batumi,"- said Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
