Oil Rebounds to Over $40 Per Barrel as Output Freeze Meeting Scheduled
Brent crude ICE futures were over 3 percent in the green after an almost week-long slump that followed its March 9 peak of over $41 per barrel. The North Sea benchmark rose from around $39 per barrel Wednesday morning to $40.16 per barrel by 16:00 GMT. WTI crude bounced back over 4 percent, hitting $37.79 per barrel by 16:00 GMT.
