Don't rush to lower Chicago's speed limit from 30 to 25 mph

City officials discussed lowering Chicago’s default speed limit from 30 mph to 25 mph during a subject matter hearing last week. IRVING, Texas — The Boy Scouts of America is changing its name for the first time in its 114-year history and will become Scouting America. It’s a significant shift as the organization emerges from bankruptcy following a flood of sexual abuse claims and seeks to focus on inclusion.

Blackhawks keep No. 2 overall pick in NHL draft lottery

The Blackhawks officially own the No. 2 pick in the 2024 NHL draft.

The Blackhawks entered Tuesday touting the second-highest odds in the NHL draft lottery and exited the lottery holding the corresponding No. 2 pick.

The probability of that outcome was actually just 14.1%, however, so Hawks general manager Kyle Davidson felt pleased about another stroke of relative good luck.
